PRICES

Prices of products, services and delivery displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time.

DELIVERY

Items are normally shipped via Courier within 3 business days of your order being placed. As a small business, this allows time to carefully package and ship your order.

Please ensure you have entered correct shipping address details, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message from the courier service on the phone number you have provided. Please note, that whilst we will do our best to help you locate any missing parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for these once they have left our workshop.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS

We really hope you love your purchase, but in the case that you change your mind, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Exchanges can be made to the same value (same or different product) upon the return of your goods (less any shipping charges). The product being returned must be in its original state without any breaches to the packaging.

Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe all scents as accurately as possible. No refunds will be given based on scent. We strictly adhere to proper usage rates and comply with the European Union regulations.

Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the item(s) being received.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging, or may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items.
Return & replacement shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer.
We do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists (re-sellers). Please contact the stockist directly to discuss their refund policy.
Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return, for it to be processed.
We do not offer refunds.

Whilst we take the uttermost care to correctly package your order for shipping, in cases of breakage during transit, replacement may be offered according to circumstances. Please ensure to contact us within 5 days of receiving damaged goods, along with a description of the damaged goods, photographic proof and your online order number.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

It is the responsibility of the user to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Please make sure you read all warnings and precautions stated on the product itself as well as on its packaging, before using each product. Only use scented wax melts appropriately and use an approved warmer. Soap Lab and EK Evolve Services Ltd are not responsible for any injuries or accidents.

VARIATIONS IN HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of a business based on handcrafted products, not all items are created equally. Although we take great care to produce identical products, an item you purchase may not be an exact copy of the one displayed on our website, or two items may differ slightly between them. The stated net weight on the packaging of each product is an estimation of the actual weight since we add a little bonus to all our products.
